PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
FLAT RATE FEE SCHEDULE (Effective 06/01/2010)
- Compensability Investigation - AOE/COE $ 750.00
- Full day Sub Rosa Investigation (8 Hour on Site) $ 850.00
- Half day Sub Rosa Investigation (4 Hour on Site) $ 450.00
Activity Checks (2 Hour on Site) $ 180.00
- The above Flat Rate Fees includes a Complete Investigation, Up to 50 miles of travel time & Mileage, Steno, Investigative report, videotape, and additional tapes up to two VHS copy. EPIS charges $25.00 for each additional videotape or DVD after that. Remote locations may require additional travel time and mileage (with prior approval). If additional Investigation hours are needed outside above flat rate requests an additional charge of $ 75.00 per hour will be invoiced.
OTHER FEES: SINGLE STATEMENT $ 85.00 PER HR + MILEAGE.
Domestic Surveillance $ 95.00 - 125.00 PER HR + MILEAGE.

- MILEAGE $ 0.65 PER MILE
- 8MM, DVD, VHS, MINI DV TAPE $ 25.00 EACH
- REPORTS 0.25 PER PAGE $ 55.00 PER HR.
